"Ashe" means "It is so" in the Yoruba language. It also refers to personal power. Imakhu Mwt Shekemet hosts the show,"Ashe!", a celebration of African cultures and traditions from the African diaspora. It is also a motivational show stressing personal empowerment through knowledge of self.
