  2. We provide classes in all aspects of filmmaking and digital media.  We do not have an annual curriculum but offer classes based upon member’s expressed needs. 

  3. There are no refunds unless PCTV cancels a class.  PCTV reserves the right to cancel classes or replace instructors. PCTV may cancel classes that are not fully enrolled. If a class is cancelled a full refund will be provided.  Payment for class is expected prior to date of first class.
